Policies Our regular hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. We also have evening and Saturday hours available by appointment. Payment is expected at the time that services are performed. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We are happy to provide an estimate for your cat's expected care. Cats should arrive in carriers or on a leash to avoid the possibility of tragically losing your pet in the parking lot. We encourage the owners of hospitalized patients to visit their cats during regular hours. We feel that their recovery is enhanced by these visits.
